EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ronda is the linchpin of the association office and has worked in various capacities with the association for almost 30 years. Prior to being promoted to Executive Director, she oversaw the association’s operations and the financial success of the Mechanical Contractors Association of New Mexico’s Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Group Fund.

Isis’ dream job when she was younger was to do exactly what she is doing now—working at the association office. After being connected to the association office for over 18 years, she considers the members family.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Nancy provides the association with years of valuable experience and knowledge, including more than 15 years in medical bill processing with an emphasis in Workers’ Compensation, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to collaborate with others.

Johana never thought she would be working at a construction association, but now considers the association office her second home. She enjoys learning new things about the mechanical and sheet metal industries on a daily basis.
